Mobile App Permissions We Use
Our Leadi5 CRM mobile application requests the following permissions to provide you with full functionality:
📷 Camera Permission
Why we need it: To allow you to capture photos for:
- Lead profile pictures
- Business documentation
- Property/product images
- Document scanning
What we collect: Photos taken through the app and images selected from your device gallery.
How we use it: Photos are stored locally on your device and may be uploaded to our secure servers when you attach them to leads or activities. Images are only accessible to authorized users within your organization.
Your control: You can deny camera permission; the app will still function but photo features will be disabled. You can delete photos from leads at any time.
📍 Location Permission
Why we need it: For attendance tracking and field visit verification.
What we collect: GPS coordinates when you clock in/out or log field visits.
How we use it: To verify your location during work hours and track field activities for business purposes.
Your control: Location tracking only occurs when you actively use attendance or field visit features.
📞 Phone Permissions
Why we need it: To enable direct calling to leads from the app and track call activities.
What we collect: Call logs and phone numbers of leads you contact.
How we use it: To track sales activities and maintain call history for your CRM records.
Your control: You control which numbers you call through the app.
🎤 Audio Recording Permission
Why we need it: To record sales calls for quality assurance (user-initiated only).
What we collect: Audio recordings of calls you manually choose to record.
How we use it: Recordings are stored securely and used for training and quality purposes within your organization.
Your control: Recording is completely optional and only occurs when you explicitly initiate it.
👥 Contacts Permission
Why we need it: To import leads from your contacts and save lead information.
What we collect: Contact names and phone numbers you choose to import.
How we use it: To create leads in your CRM system for easier management of your business contacts.
Your control: You choose which contacts to import. This permission is optional.
What we collect via Facebook Login for Business & WhatsApp Embedded Signup
When you connect through Facebook Login for Business or complete WhatsApp Embedded Signup we receive your business profile details, phone numbers and one-time token hashes generated by Facebook to verify ownership. These details are used only to set up and secure your account.
You may request removal of Facebook data by following our Facebook data deletion instructions.
Data Storage and Security
- All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS
- Data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard security measures
- Access is restricted to authorized personnel only
- Administrative, technical and physical safeguards are employed to protect data from unauthorised access or disclosure
Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except:
- With your organization's administrators and team members
- When required by law
- With your explicit consent
Processors/Service Providers
RetconSoft uses carefully selected processors. Our primary infrastructure provider is Google Cloud Platform which processes data on our behalf to deliver the service.
Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. One-time token hashes are discarded immediately after verification. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
