If you have connected your Facebook account with RetconSoft, you can request deletion of any Facebook-sourced data from our systems. To initiate this process, follow the steps below:
- Email us at privacy@retconsoft.com with the subject line "Facebook Data Deletion".
- Include your name and the email address associated with your account so we can identify you.
- We will delete the requested data from our systems within 7 days and confirm once complete.
You may also remove our application access directly from Facebook by visiting Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites.
